Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SD experience with order intake, order management, ATP, delivery and billing.
• Deep SAP SD configuration knowledge, including user exits, BADIs and ABAP logic.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, EDI, APIs/OData, IDocs.
• Ability to design scalable, clean-core SAP architectures for digital channels.
• Strong automation skills in touchless ordering, EDI, and process optimization.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting capabilities across SAP and connected platforms.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in international teams.
• Experience in matrix organizations with B2B sales and SAP Commerce Cloud exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end Sales & Ordering Enablement product roadmap.
• Define and contribute to the long-term vision for customer ordering capabilities.
• Translate strategy into initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate commercial processes.
• Collect, challenge, and prioritize requirements across divisions.
• Drive harmonization of sales and ordering processes while scaling.
• Lead delivery of capabilities such as touchless ordering, order management, EDI, and digital channels.
• Ensure clean-core principles and scalable architecture for long-term efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP specialists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Build relationships with commercial, digital, and executive stakeholders.
