Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Competence Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Logistics transformations, specializing in SAP SD and MM in S/4HANA. You will lead a growing practice, shape architecture, and develop talent while engaging in presales and client workshops.

You will champion best practices, build a strong internal community, and recruit top SAP logistics professionals across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP Logistics, including SAP SD and MM in S/4HANA.
• Proven solution-architecture capability for SAP Logistics across full lifecycles.
• Strong business development mindset with presales and proposal experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership with coaching and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels of a client org.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with strong English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP Logistics transformations across industries as solution architect or senior functional lead.
• Drive architectural decisions and robust designs aligned with SAP best practices.
• Lead presales activities including client presentations, scoping, and proposals.
• Develop and grow the SAP Logistics competence community in Belgium.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP Logistics consultants; handle performance development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in recruitment and building a diverse team pipeline.
• Contribute to practice development and reusable assets and go-to-market content.
