Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Deployment Leader to support the IM Transcend program, located in Beerse, BE or Titusville, NJ. The role focuses on modernizing ERP and driving a global transformation, collaborating with senior leaders to harmonize processes and data through SAP S/4HANA.

The role requires a deep product management background, 15+ years of experience, and strong cross‑functional leadership to enable agile, scalable delivery across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years experience in product development, engineering, operations and UX.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP and pharma industry practice for product delivery and governance.
• Experience leading a product backlog, release planning, and cross‑team ceremonies.

Responsabilités

• Establish deployment roadmaps to deliver business value for the assigned product/platform.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility and manage costs/delivery efficiency.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics for best-in-class operations.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog prioritization and cross-team dependency management.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers to manage risk in backlog.
• Lead testing strategies including automation, regression and performance testing.
• Oversee end‑to‑end build compliance and function.
