Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Technology Deployment Leader to support the IM Transcend program. The role can be located in Beerse, Belgium or Titusville, NJ, and sits on the IM Transcend Leadership team focusing on modernizing and harmonizing ERP processes.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end deployment roadmaps, collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers, and ensure SDLC compliance while delivering value across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 15 years of experience in product management/delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and pharma industry practices.
• Experience translating requirements into a product vision.
• Strong planning, dependency management and governance skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product backlogs and cross-team ceremonies.

Responsabilités

• Establish deployment roadmaps to deliver business and customer value.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility and optimize cost.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics for product operations.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog prioritization and cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers to manage backlog risks.
• Lead testing strategies: automation, regression and load testing.
• Oversee end-to-end build compliance with design and specs.
• Plan and execute technical testing with Engineering and UAT teams.
• Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance are up to date.
• Measure capabilities against demand and value streams.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders across levels.
