Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields.
• Experience supporting B2B sales organisations.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer acquisition processes.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and sales technology tools.

Responsabilités

• Build and drive the sales enablement strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop high impact sales tools and content (pitch decks, case studies, playbooks).
• Design and deliver sales training programmes and learning paths.
• Drive adoption of CRM and sales technologies; improve pipeline visibility and forecasting.
