Job summary

Xandres is seeking a Trainer Retail & Wholesale to elevate the skills of our international retail teams and wholesale partners, delivering a premium customer experience across Belgium, the Netherlands and DACH. You will design the Learning Journey, annual calendars, and engaging training programmes for store floors, face-to-face sessions, digital formats and coaching.

Regular travel to NL and DE, collaboration with HR, and measurement of training impact are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fashion/retail/premium consumer environment.
• Proven experience developing and delivering training.
• Digitally savvy; able to set up and manage a digital learning environment.
• Willing to regularly visit stores and travel to the Netherlands and Germany.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and translate into learning objectives.
• Develop the Learning Journey and annual training calendar.
• Create training programmes and determine delivery formats (on floor, face-to-face, digital, workshops, etc.).
• Organise and deliver training sessions at HQ, stores and wholesale partners in Belgium, NL and DACH.
• Collaborate with HR and account managers to track participation and progress; evaluate impact and improve offerings.
• Follow trends in fashion, retail, learning & development to keep content relevant.
