Job summary

Hunkemöller seeks a Regional Manager to lead and develop a cluster of stores across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will coach store managers on workforce planning, productivity, and profitability while ensuring top-tier customer service and stock availability.

Travel within BeNeFrux is required to support and inspire teams. Ideal candidates have several years of regional or store management experience, strong KPI analytics, and fluency in Dutch; French and English are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Several years of management experience in a similar role.
• Retail experience is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within BeNeFrux region.
• Fluent in Dutch; French and English are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coach store managers on workforce planning, productivity, sales performance and profit margins.
• Support and empower store managers to ensure stock availability and optimal store presentation.
• Maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment and travel as required to support stores.
