Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of CAPA and Escalations to lead global quality management initiatives, CAPA and escalation processes, and investigation improvements across the organization. The role oversees an end-to-end quality framework, governance, and metrics to drive compliant, sustainable quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, operations, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CAPA, issue management, escalation, and investigation processes.
• Develop and implement a strategy for continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as process owner for quality escalation/notification systems and related tools.
• Coach and direct a 35-40 person team across Americas, Europe and ASPAC.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to integrate quality processes.
