Job summary

argenx is expanding its international Digital Technology team and seeks a Global DT Lead Development to shape the technology vision for Clinical Development, trials, and data-driven decisions. You will translate scientific needs into scalable, compliant digital ecosystems and partner across Development, Data, Regulatory, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Development-related platforms (clinical systems, data platforms).
• Lead large-scale technology portfolios in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex scientific needs into actionable tech solutions.
• Strong leadership of global, cross-functional teams.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define the technology vision and multi-year roadmap for Development in alignment with R&D and clinical strategy.
• Govern the portfolio of Development technology initiatives from ideation to value realization.
• Lead delivery of a coherent digital ecosystem supporting clinical trials, data platforms, and Development operations.
• Act as senior advisor on Development technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing global DT development team with talent development and succession planning.
