Qualifications

• 4-7 years of regional biopharma compliance experience.
• Experience with commercial stage pharma or biotech.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality compliance guidance to regional business teams.
• Lead regional ethics & compliance projects and training.
• Develop policies and training materials; support audits.
• Advise on interactions with patients, professionals, payors and regulators.
• Foster a strong ethical culture at argenx.
