SSA Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major construction project in Belgium. You will plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives from initiation through handover, ensuring safety, timeliness and quality across all activities.

You will manage programmes, budgets and site teams with strong commercial awareness, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and push for project success. Travel to sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects with a Main Contractor, developer or consultancy.
• Experience managing programmes, budgets and site teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in variations and contract processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage delivery of construction projects from commencement through completion.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, identify critical paths and milestones.
• Monitor budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, procurement and materials.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective project delivery.
• Manage project risks and mitigation measures.
• Prepare progress reports and handover information.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and promote safety culture.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to resolve issues.
