Kurv Industrial seeks an experienced Project Lead for a major multi-year infrastructure project around Antwerp. You will lead execution within scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating engineers, procurement, construction, and QHSES teams, while aligning interfaces and project controls.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed, reporting to senior management and stakeholders. A strong track record in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly valued.

• Experience leading projects in infrastructure or engineering contexts.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex interfaces.

In the context of a large-scale, multi-year infrastructure project in and around Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution within assigned scope, budget, planning, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, interfaces, and project performance.
• Support decision-making and ensure timely escalation of issues.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a project lead, project manager, package manager, or similar role.
• Strong background in infrastructure, construction, civil, industrial, or engineering projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces.
• Strong planning, risk, budget, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear communication style and decision-making capability.
• Experience on large-scale projects is a strong asset.
