Group-IPS is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of investment projects in Mechelen, Belgium. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of Construction Management experience, preferably in the Food Industry or Life Sciences.

This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project risks. A permanent contract and a dynamic work environment await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Management, preferably within the Food Industry and/or Life Sciences sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage construction projects during the execution phase.
• Manage the construction budget and related change orders.
• Review contractors’ schedules and manage overall integrated site planning.
• Monitor project progress on a daily basis and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and the application of appropriate construction techniques.
