BESIX Group in Antwerp is seeking a Site Manager for the Oosterweel Link project. You will oversee in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring on-site coordination aligns with execution plans and project goals.

Fluent English is mandatory in the dedicated project zone, and you will drive safety, quality and environmental standards while supporting short-term planning and reporting to the Site/Project Manager. 3–5 years of civil works experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, preferably civil works.
• Fluent English is mandatory in the project zone.
• Strong ownership, communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee in-house teams and subcontractors on site, acting as key contact.
• Coordinate technical preparation and site activities according to execution plans.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are respected by all stakeholders.
• Support short-term planning (daily/weekly), identify optimization opportunities and monitor productivity on site.
• Review and validate invoice proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Report directly to the Site Manager / Project Manager and participate in overall site coordination.
