TSL is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on major projects in Belgium. You will ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the project programme, quality standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures, coordinating with the Project Director and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple work fronts, and a proactive approach to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Significant site management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Desirable experience in Data Centres, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharma, or Logistics projects.
• First Aid certification and health & safety qualifications are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to deliver works safely and on program.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Director and Construction Director.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company standards.
• Review drawings, specs, and documentation for correct execution.
• Support project handover, snagging, and project close-out activities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
