Group-IPS in Belgium is seeking a Construction Manager to lead investment projects from planning through handover at our sites in Belgium. You will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor costs and schedules, and ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a BS or MSc in construction management or related field, 8+ years of experience, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch. Travel across Belgium and a driving license are expected; the position offers a permanent

Qualifications

• BS or MSc in construction management, architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management projects or related fields.
• Knowledge of project management systems and tools (MS Office, MS Project).
• Experience developing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Languages: English and French or Dutch are required.
• Travel availability for Belgium; Driving license.

Responsabilités

• Site Operations & Supervision: Plan and manage daily site activities, supervising workforce and subcontractors.
• Contract & Procurement Management: Administer contracts, track changes, support procurement, review submittals and change orders.
• Cost, Schedule & Documentation: Review payment requests, monitor costs and schedules, maintain project docs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication among architects, engineers, consultants and client.
• Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce HSE measures and environmental regulations.
• Project Handover & Commissioning: Manage final inspections, punch lists, testing and commissioning.
