Polytra, part of the Fracht Group, seeks a Sales Manager to win new business and grow strategic accounts in energy, mining, infrastructure, EPC, and renewables from its Antwerp-Berchem HQ. You’ll report to the Projects Department Manager and drive the department’s growth.

You will own the sales plan, manage RFQs and tenders, and negotiate agreements with customers, carriers and Fracht offices worldwide, building strong relationships with stakeholders and growing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of B2B sales in freight forwarding, project logistics or shipping.
• Proven track record in winning new customers.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Build and execute the sales plan for the Projects Department.
• Prospect, qualify and win new customers in target industries.
• Maintain a full pipeline and reliable CRM.
