Polytra, part of the Fracht Group, is seeking a Senior Freight Forwarder to independently run demanding ocean import files, coordinate multimodal moves, and resolve complex customs questions from our Berchem head office near Antwerp.

You will negotiate with carriers and partners, protect margins, and contribute to digitisation while growing within a global network of 150+ offices and 2,500 colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least five years in ocean import forwarding.
• Strong grasp of customs, incoterms and multimodal chains.
• Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Run demanding ocean import files end to end.
• Handle multimodal moves, exceptions and non-standard customs questions.
• Decide quickly when a shipment stops behaving as planned.
