Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Cross-Border Process Lead to provide global process leadership and governance for cross-border movements of clinical and development materials within the TDS network.

You will establish standardized frameworks, own IOR/EOR models, Incoterms, and trade documentation, and collaborate with Tax, Regulatory, Quality, and Logistics to enable compliant, efficient supply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
• MBA/MS degree is an asset; APICS certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of customs brokerage processes and cross-border requirements.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, transportation, and logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Proven track record of change management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Process Lead for R&D cross-border movements and governance across the end-to-end distribution network.
• Establish and govern country-import/export requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Own and maintain the global country-requirements database and translate requirements into standards.
• Lead governance for IOR/EOR, Incoterms, customs, tax/duty, and trade documentation.
• Develop lane-specific pathways integrating regulatory, operational, brokerage, and supply-continuity considerations.
• Collaborate with Tax, Quality, Regulatory, EH&S, and Logistics teams to improve compliance and performance.
