Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Belgium is seeking a Manager & Global Process Lead, Supply Planning Reliability to govern and continuously improve global planning processes across our Integrated Supply Chain. You will own Planning Reliability standards, capabilities and adoption strategies in partnership with Supply Chain, Technology and Business functions to drive planning excellence and business performance.

Travel of 20-30% domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability Standards, Governance and Tools.
Define and evolve global Planning standards in alignment with Global Process Managers and governance frameworks.
Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
Maintain planning playbooks, process/tool documentation, and training materials.
Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and strengthen capabilities.
Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI, and Technology teams to define future planning capabilities.
