Louis Vuitton is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to support payroll, benefits and HR administration across Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland. The role focuses on accurate payroll management, benefits enrollment and maintaining compliant records across 8 countries.

The successful candidate will handle HR duties, respond to employee inquiries with high service levels, and contribute to reporting and data insights, while upholding integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in a junior HR or administrative role.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Payroll Processing: collect, verify, and support payroll calculations and salary payments.
• HR Administration: support MyHorizon projects and ad hoc HR tasks.
• Employee Support: respond to payroll/benefits/HR inquiries with excellent service.
• Reporting: generate payroll and HR reports and provide data insights.
• Record Keeping: maintain accurate and organized employee and payroll files.
