Louis Vuitton is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to support Payroll & Benefits and HR Business Partners across eight countries in the Benelux, Nordics & Poland. The role ensures accurate payroll management and seamless HR administration to meet the team's strategic objectives.

You will handle payroll processing, benefits administration, data reporting, and record-keeping, while delivering responsive employee support and ensuring compliance with local requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a junior HR or administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to tasks.

Responsabilités

• Payroll Processing: collect and verify payroll data, assist with calculations, and ensure timely salary payments.
• HR Administration: provide ad hoc HR support and participate in MyHorizon projects.
• Employee Support: respond to payroll/benefits/HR inquiries with prompt service.
• Reporting: generate payroll and HR reports and analyze data for insights.
• Record Keeping: maintain accurate employee and payroll files and records.
