Louis Vuitton is offering an internship in the Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region at the Brussels head office. You’ll support accounting operations across 8 countries, gaining hands-on experience in a high-performance luxury retail environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance and an internship agreement from your university. English fluency is essential; additional local language skills are a plus. Start Dec 2026/Jan 2027 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational accounting support to stores and regional accounting team.
• Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
• Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
• Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics).
• Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (suppliers, stores, business partners)

About The Job

In this position you will be part of the Accounting Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations across 8 countries, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, high-performance retail environment. This opportunity offers a deep insight into our store network and the financial processes that support a luxury business.

Job responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the stores and regional accounting team.
• Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
• Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
• Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics).
• Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
