You will analyze international payment processes, translate challenges into practical improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Payments/Banking Ops or Process Management, with international cross-border exposure.
• Strong understanding of payment products and the banking environment.
• Experience translating complex workflows into practical improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Ability to align business processes with operational systems and technology.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with automation, data analytics or emerging fintech technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse international payment processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and performance.
• Translate business challenges into practical process improvements and actionable recommendations.
• Review workflows, identify operational risks and contribute to better operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, operations and IT to implement solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives from assessment to design, implementation and follow-up.
• Support automation opportunities within payment operations and monitor impact.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and document requirements to align stakeholders.
• Assist teams in adopting new processes and ways of working.
