Payments Business Analyst - Drive End-to-End Improvements

Job summary

Dynafin Consulting seeks a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of hands-on project experience in payments. You will analyse end-to-end payment processes, bridge Business and IT, and drive improvements across SEPA, cards and international payments.

You will collaborate with Business, Operations and IT, support UAT and go-live, and share your payments expertise within the team. Fluency in English is required, plus Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on project experience in Payments.
• Experience in one or more payment areas (SEPA, SEPA Instant, Cards, acquiring/issuing or international payments).
• Exposure to payment standards or regulations such as ISO 20022, PSD2 or PSD3/PSR is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end payment processes across SEPA, cards and international payments.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and bridge Business and IT.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and IT throughout project delivery.
• Support UAT, issue resolution and go-live preparation.
• Share your Payments expertise through DynaFin knowledge sessions and initiatives.
