Job summary

Zepz is seeking a dedicated professional to lead with authority in internal and external outsourcing governance for the Belgium entity. You will drive regulatory compliance, due diligence, and ongoing oversight of providers, ensuring risk controls and clear ownership.

In this role, you will coordinate across risk, legal and operations, maintain essential registries, and monitor contractual performance to protect the organization against outsourcing risks while enabling efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management and experience with EBA and NBB outsourcing regulations.
• Experience formulating SLA/KPI metrics and negotiating contracts with external providers.
• Ability to coordinate across risk, legal, compliance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master register of outsourced functions per NBB/EBA guidelines and the DORA Register of Information.
• Oversee due diligence and sub-outsourcing tracking across providers and intragroup arrangements.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure providers meet targets as per contracts.
• Ensure outsourcing complies with Belgian regulatory notification/approval requirements, including pre-outsourcing filings for NBB.
• Escalate outsourcing risks and manage CAPs; review RCAs after incidents.
• Organize and support the Intra-Group Local Outsourcing Committee (ILOC).
