Jobtailor, based in Belgium, seeks a senior Legal & Integrity leader to own fiduciary duties, advise on governance and compliance, and oversee investigations and risk management. The role requires handling complex contracts and strategic legal topics across multi-jurisdictional matters.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Belgian or Dutch legal experience, an LLM, and proven expertise in GDPR and corporate governance, with fluent English, Dutch and French communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of qualified lawyer experience in Belgium or the Netherlands.
• LLM or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Expertise in contract review, drafting, negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate secretarial duties.
• Proven track record in GDPR compliance and corporate governance.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end accountability for Legal & Integrity fiduciary duties.
• Serve as trusted advisor on governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal matters.
• Monitor legal affairs including litigations and activity reports.
• Oversee integrity investigations and ensure alignment with internal audit, HSE, and risk management standards.
• Provide expert counsel on contracts and collaborate on specialized topics.
