Dynaco Europe, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Moorsel, Belgium. You will manage the efficient processing of orders for sectional doors and dock equipment while coordinating between customers, logistics, production and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is an asset. You will monitor order status, coordinate shipment activities, prepare export

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) – both are mandatory.
• French language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, inside sales, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience or knowledge of logistics, transportation, export procedures, and international shipments is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience in the industrial, building products, manufacturing, or technical sectors is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and partners, providing professional and customer-focused support.
• Monitor and update order status throughout the order lifecycle and proactively communicate with customers.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including shipment planning and transport documentation.
• Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation where required.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing workflows and enhance the customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer support and order management processes.
