Dynaco Europe, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is looking for an Order Processing Specialist at our Moorsel, Belgium headquarters. You will process orders for sectional doors and dock equipment and serve as the main link between customers, logistics, manufacturing and internal departments to ensure accurate, on-time order execution and delivery.

You will liaise with dealers and partners, monitor order status, coordinate transport, prepare export documents, and seek continuous improvements in order

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• French is a strong asset.
• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics or a similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics, export procedures and international shipments is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and partners, providing professional and customer-focused support.
• Monitor and update order status throughout the order lifecycle and proactively communicate with customers.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including shipment planning and transport documentation.
• Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation where required.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing workflows and enhance the customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer support and order management processes.
