Dynaco Europe, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join our team at the Moorsel headquarters in Belgium. You will handle accurate order processing for sectional doors and dock equipment and serve as a key link between customers, logistics, manufacturing, and internal teams.

You will coordinate shipments, prepare export documents, support dealers and partners, monitor order status, and look for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• French language skills are a strong asset.
• Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or a related role.
• Knowledge of logistics, export procedures and international shipments is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Industry experience in construction/building products or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for dealers and partners, providing professional support.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including export documentation.
• Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation where required.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing workflows and enhance the customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within order management processes.
