Solvay is seeking a Back Office Representative within the Order Fulfillment Team in the EMEA Supply Chain. You will ensure on-time delivery to customers, manage stock, coordinate transport, and work with internal stakeholders to avoid disruptions.

This permanent hybrid role requires a Bachelor's in International Trade or related supply chain experience, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in International Trade or similar, or experience in Supply Chain (transport/warehouse management/logistics in general).
• Relevant experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
• Competencies: IT knowledge (MS Office), SAP knowledge.
• Fluent in both French and English; other languages are a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Ensure ordered products are delivered on time to satisfy demand.
• Organize stock management, transport and delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and organize product transport and delivery, directly or via subcontractors.
• Manage stock levels across production plants and warehouses, including international sites.
• Monitor logistics operations, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service to unblock orders.
