Solvay is seeking a Business Analyst Supply Chain to support global Planning solutions within a hybrid, permanent role. You will own roadmaps, manage demand, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and value across Supply Chain planning capabilities.

You will collaborate with a global team in a multicultural environment, driving standard solutions, managing vendor relations, and mentoring colleagues to strengthen internal capabilities. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• OMP solution technical expertise.
• Supply Chain Planning processes expertise.
• Business Analysis, requirements management and solution design.
• Vendor, stakeholder and budget management.
• Project and portfolio management.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, integrations and solution architecture principles.

Responsabilités

• Participating in projects as Solution Owner or Project Manager, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Owning the roadmap, lifecycle and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Managing business demand intake, translating needs into requirements and prioritization.
• Managing strategic vendor relationships and supporting contract discussions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for Supply Chain Planning capabilities and promoting standard solutions.
• Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement in operations.
