Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator at the Kallo (Antwerp) site to coordinate European, Middle East, and African ocean and road logistics. You will manage shipments from Kallo to customers, track performance, and collaborate across multiple departments to optimize delivery and costs.

Requirements include strong supply chain knowledge, fluent Dutch and English, and experience with logistics systems.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain knowledge.
• Basic Logistics management knowledge (safety, DTP, ETA, bookings, ocean shipments tracking).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accurate worker.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Driver’s license.
• Skilled in Excel and data analytics.
• Agile, flexible, self-managing organizer with strong problem-solving and stress resistance.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMEA ocean and road logistics for deliveries from Kallo and manufacturing sites to customers.
• Track performance, bookings, and vessel/driver coordination; act as primary contact for 3rd party brokers and carriers.
• Collaborate with planning, customer service, regulatory, procurement, logistics, product management, and technical teams to address day-to-day challenges and long-term opportunities.
• Prioritize shipments balancing site loading and carrier capacity against customer segmentation and sales.
• Control logistics costs, monitor detention and demurrage, and support 3PL cost control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for WH operations, container handling, and digitalization of processes.
