Johnson & Johnson Beerse site is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the MES transformation leveraging Next Gen Manufacturing platform. You will drive a major deployment across manufacturing with integrated systems like SAP, LIMS and automation, while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role demands 10+ years in pharma operations and strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Beerse, Belgium on-site role with global collaboration and change management focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science-based discipline is required; Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in operations and project management in Pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP and SDLC; regulatory compliance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES project for Beerse site and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with DOTS, JJT and cross-functional teams for integration.
• Drive change management and ensure end-state meets business needs.
