Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for IM LIMS within IM.
• Lead engineering squads to deliver platform features and improvements.
• Partner with POs and business stakeholders to align roadmaps with value delivery.
• Establish technology roadmaps and balance value with feasibility.
• Drive sprint metrics, reporting, and cross-squad coordination.
