EY in Belgium is seeking a Learning & Development Product Consultant to lead the global deployment of Microsoft Viva Learning, helping thousands of employees build skills in the flow of work. You will partner with the Global L&D Product Owner and regional teams to shape priorities and deliver a practical roadmap.

This role sits at the heart of Talent, shaping how learning is curated and personalized at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership, platform leadership, or digital product delivery.
• Strong background in Talent, Learning & Development or HR transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and Viva Learning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change in a global environment.
