Umicore Belgium is seeking a Global Learning Lead to define, govern, and continuously improve its global behavioural learning strategy. You will own end-to-end processes, from design to delivery, ensuring leadership development and performance-enabled behaviours are embedded across the Talent lifecycle.

You will enable ~4000 enrollments/year, collaborate with P&O Tech, and drive adoption of SuccessFactors Learning within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, OD, Learning Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years in L&D, Talent, Leadership Development or similar global P&O roles.
• Proven experience designing behavioural, leadership, or culture learning at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated success as a global process owner or in global governance roles.
• Strong expertise in behavioural skill models and change management.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern the Global Behavioural Learning process, including standards and guidelines.
• Design and curate a global behavioural learning portfolio aligned to CORE strategy and performance culture.
• Lead delivery and enablement, establishing standards for facilitators and teaching methods.
• Partner with Tech to ensure learning tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) deliver a seamless experience.
• Map behavioural learning to Career Framework, levels, and progression paths.
• Manage budget, analytics, and continuous improvement based on learner data.
