USG Professionals Belgium is seeking an experienced Transition Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of End User Computing, Service Desk and Workplace Support Services between managed service providers. You will own mobilization through hypercare, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and ensure uninterrupted service delivery in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Transition Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale outsourcing or managed service transitions.
• Strong background in Service Desk and Workplace Services transitions.
• Experience working within international enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the end-to-end transition roadmap.
• Lead all transition activities from planning through stabilization.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across internal and external teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery throughout the transition.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
• Validate operational readiness before go-live.
• Drive knowledge transfer and process adoption.
• Act as the central point of coordination between all involved parties.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision boards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Define transition KPIs and success metrics.
• Establish sustainable governance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and ITIL best practices.
• Track performance and realization of expected business benefits.
• Support communication and organizational change activities.
• Coordinate training and documentation efforts.
• Ensure operational teams are fully prepared for service handover.
