USG Professionals Belgium is seeking an experienced Transition Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end transition of End User Computing, Service Desk and Workplace Support Services between managed service providers. The role focuses on business continuity, operational excellence, and a seamless service transformation in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Transition Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale outsourcing or managed service transitions.
• Strong background in Service Desk and Workplace Services transitions.
• Experience working within international enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the end-to-end transition roadmap.
• Lead all transition activities from planning through stabilization.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across internal and external teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery throughout the transition.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
• Oversee the migration of ITSM processes (Knowledge Management, Service Reporting, SLA Management, Operational Governance).
• Validate operational readiness before go-live and ensure sign-off of transition deliverables.
• Drive knowledge transfer and process adoption.
• Coordinate training and documentation efforts.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
