ENTICO ICT is seeking an experienced Transition Manager / Project Manager to lead the transition of End User Computing (EUC) and Service Desk from the incumbent to a new supplier, ensuring minimal business disruption.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver end-to-end transition activities, manage dependencies and risks, establish governance, and drive knowledge transfer, process migration and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years IT project or transition management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale outsourcing or managed service transitions.
• Experience transitioning Service Desk and Workplace Services between providers.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the end-to-end transition plan.
• Lead service transition activities from mobilization through hypercare.
• Coordinate transition workstreams across stakeholders and suppliers.
• Define governance structures and reporting; ensure service continuity.
