Job summary

5Blue Software, an Israeli-Ukrainian software development company, is expanding its sales team. We seek a Business Development Manager who knows IT outsourcing, can close deals, and travel for client meetings or conferences across Europe. Remote-first with travel and both part-time and full-time cooperation options.

You will build a pipeline from scratch, manage deals end-to-end with C-level stakeholders, and develop partnerships across US and European markets while attending industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Development Management or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or AI services.
• Proven outbound track record: pipeline building and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first.
• Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract.
• Work directly with C-level stakeholders on client side.
• Develop partnerships and expand network across US and Europe.
• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe.
