La Fosse is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic IT infrastructure projects across the EMEA region for a leading global life sciences organisation. The role requires strong infrastructure expertise, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management, from planning through to successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Project Management roles.
• At least 5 years delivering large-scale IT Infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record within complex global enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering infrastructure migration, deployment, and transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Previous experience working within regulated industries is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of 3-5 concurrent infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead governance activities, including steering committees and executive reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive infrastructure migration, transformation, and deployment initiatives.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Communicate progress and key decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
