Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Engagement Manager with a strong infrastructure background to lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives for a leading retail client. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align with business objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires fluent English and French or Dutch, and a hybrid/on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager or Engagement Manager handling infrastructure projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, risk management, governance, and delivery execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills across business and IT teams.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT transformation projects, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for business and IT stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and governance forums for effective execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure delivery quality and minimize risks.
• Support organizational change management and continuously improve PM practices.
