Job summary

Connect Vision International is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple IT infrastructure projects across the EMEA region, based in Belgium with hybrid work. The role requires 8+ years in project management and 5+ years in infrastructure delivery, with PMP/PRINCE2 and Dutch/English fluency.

The engagement is long-term with flexible options (freelance or permanent) and travel to Beerse up to 20%.

Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience.
At least 5 years managing IT infrastructure projects.
Strong technical understanding of networks, servers, data centres, virtualization and workplace infrastructure.
Proven experience delivering infrastructure migrations and large-scale deployments.
Experience managing multiple projects in international organisations.
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).
Fluent Dutch and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Lead 3-5 infrastructure projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality.
Manage infrastructure migrations, deployments and transformation initiatives.
Coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
Own project governance, planning, risk and dependency management.
Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX and OPEX.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management and Steering Committees.
Work across global teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
