Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in internal communications.
• Educational background in communication, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or a Master’s degree in a closely related field.
• Fluent English proficiency with the ability to independently prepare presentations and stakeholder communications in a professional business environment.
• Fluent Dutch proficiency.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Experience preparing professional presentations and communication materials.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide communications and project support across global EHS initiatives.
• Draft, prepare, and review internal communications, announcements, and presentations to a professional standard.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to secure content delivery.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and management presentations.
• Organize meetings, set agendas, document actions, and follow up on commitments.
• Coordinate project planning activities, timelines, and deliverables for EHS initiatives.
• Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support organization of global events and engagement initiatives, including EHS Awards.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting tools.
• Send reminders and track actions via email and Teams.
• Provide general administrative support including budget follow-up and invoices.
