Job summary

Page Executive seeks an Insurance Strategy Director to define and drive the group-wide strategy for products, ESG, underwriting and social impact, aligning with board priorities and long-term value creation.

You will establish governance, support senior leadership decisions, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Risk and HR to implement targets and accountability across a 15-country network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with extensive leadership in sustainability strategy and underwriting.
• Experience in strategy consulting within insurance (products) is essential.
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership and engage Board stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive group-wide strategy for innovative products, ESG, underwriting, social impact, and DEI.
• Lead integration of sustainability across the insurance value chain with governance standards and targets.
• Advise senior leadership on ESG opportunities, risk, and long-term resilience.
• Champion sustainability internally and externally, representing the company in industry forums.
