Job summary

EY Studio+ Financial Services seeks a Senior Product Manager/Lead in Insurance to own the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance products, guiding strategy, design, and implementation with a focus on customer-centric digital experiences. You will lead governance, leverage design thinking, and align with regulatory requirements across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in product management, ideally in insurance or regulated industries
• Roles such as Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or Head of Product
• Proven track record managing product portfolios and lifecycle
• Strong understanding of insurance products, pricing, governance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in customer-centric product development using design thinking
• Experience integrating digital touchpoints and channels into offerings
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching experience
• Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance products
• Manage full product lifecycle: design, development, launch, monitoring, and optimization
• Lead design thinking workshops with business and customer stakeholders
• Drive digital enablement of insurance products and ensure channel alignment
• Establish robust product governance including compliance, actuarial alignment, and performance monitoring
• Mentor and coach product managers and product owners
