Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels seeks a Sustainability Director to steer the ESG and social impact agenda at group level, defining the long-term strategy for ESG products and overseeing transformation across Europe and Asia.

You will partner with Finance, Risk, HR and Compliance to embed sustainability into underwriting, reporting to the Board and Executive Committee. Fluency in English and travel willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with recognised thought leadership in sustainability.
• 15+ years of experience in sustainability strategy, transformation and governance.
• Proven ability to engage Board and Executive Committee stakeholders.
• Executive-level communicator with governance and reporting expertise.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Define the ESG Products ambition and set Group-wide direction for Europe and Asia.
• Define ESG Products performance framework, targets and accountability.
• Define governance for embedding ESG in underwriting and risk management.
• Own the social sustainability, DEI strategy and its integration into business strategy and culture.
• Lead the governance and thought leadership of Group Sustainability, partnering with senior leaders.
• Represent Ageas in external governance bodies and expert networks.
