Qualifications

• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainability strategy, business transformation, insurance products or underwriting.
• Strategy consulting background in insurance (BCG, Bain, McKinsey or Big4) is essential.
• Executive-level communicator and negotiator capable of engaging Board and Executive Committee.
• Proven ability to establish governance, reporting and performance frameworks for large organisations.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Group-wide strategy for innovative products, responsible underwriting, social impact and DEI.
• Lead integration of sustainability across the insurance value chain with governance standards and targets.
• Advise senior leadership on ESG opportunities, risk appetite and long-term resilience.
• Represent the Company in industry forums and external networks.
