• Monitor full product lifecycle ensuring alignment with customer needs and profitability.
• Analyze claims data, feedback, complaints and portfolio performance for improvements.
• Maintain oversight of outsourced claims operations and vendor governance.
• Supervise distribution partner activities and customer outcome measures.
• Challenge processes, identify risks, and translate lessons into improvements.
